The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

rbaciuska.com assumes responsibility and covers the costs of returning defective, defective and damaged goods.

If for any reason you did not like the product purchased online, you can exercise your right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:

• Each returned item must be in its original and undamaged packaging;
• The goods can be used;
• The goods cannot be damaged;
• The original labels (protective films, labels, etc.) may not be removed from the goods;
• Returned goods must be complete and retain their commercial appearance.

Money for returned goods will be transferred within 14 days from the date of receipt of the submitted request.
